If you’re the owner of a health or fitness business, you’ve most probably been hit really hard by the restrictions imposed because of the COVID-19 pandemic and are struggling with the question of adapting your health and fitness business to COVID-19.
We asked owners of health and fitness businesses all around the world what they are doing to adapt their business in a world suffering from the Coronavirus. This is what they had to say:
Personal Trainer
GYMGUYZ is a NY-based in-home personal training brand that is implementing creative digital strategies to remain afloat and keep their clients and employees fit and safe from COVID-19.
Nationally, the brand is offering a free live workout streamed via Facebook every Friday at 2pm ET, led by Head Trainer Heidi Loiacono who is self-quarantining at home with her child who has asthma and her elderly mother-in-law. Locally, GYMGUYZ franchisees are offering a workout migration program through which credits in the amount of purchased memberships with brick and mortar brands will be granted.
GYMGUYZ is also offering personalized training delivered through platforms like FaceTime and Skype with dedicated one-on-one instruction, as well as free equipment rental for at least thirty days to mitigate concerns about virus spread.

Fitness Gym
I am Daniel Nyiri CEO of 4U Fitness. We have Gym’s from FL to NY and all of them are closed because of the COVID-19.
Instead of sitting at home and hoping for the best we launched our Online coaching program and Fitness app that gives a chance to not only our Employees to make money but our clients and millions of people in the U.S. to have a solution at home for working out for only one dollar!

Health Care Support
Wellnessirl.com is a wellness platform used to prevent/decrease health care provider burnout.
With nearly 60% of healthcare workers experiencing job burnout and more than 20% saying they often or always feel burned out, this is a pervasive issue within our society. To reduce this staggering number, I designed the WIRL platform to help healthcare providers and workers decrease stress and prevent burnout overall.
Strong brands/companies such as urbansitters, adventure hunt; of shark tank, recently partnered with our mission to decrease health care provider burnout.
We are offering small businesses an opportunity to enroll in our forever free membership plan (we are waiving our monthly membership fee to assist businesses, offering a free marketing tool) allowing businesses to market by creating coupon deals to our members (health care providers). Our platform allows businesses to create, edit, delete their own coupons and deals.
