1. Returns

At John Lagoudakis dot com we stand behind our products and services.

We accept returns. If you’re unsatisfied with any of our products, simply notify us by emailing support@johnlagoudakis.com or filing in the form on our Contact Us page within 30 days of your purchase, and return the physical product (if applicable) to us (used or unused) and we will refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

When you notify us of your request for a refund of a physical item, we will arrange with you to pay the cost of the return shipping. This will be done by you confirming with us how much it will cost you to return the item to us. Once we have agreed with the total return shipping charges, these charges will be refunded to you once we have received the item in our possession as well as all receipts for the return shipping costs to be repaid.

Please note that we will only pay for the return shipping of the physical item if the item is shipped at the costs previously agreed upon between John Lagoudakis dot com and you, the customer.

If the physical item is not returned to us within 30 days of your refund, we will charge you a restocking fee for that item.

To follow-up on the status of your return, please email us at support@johnlagoudakis.com or fill in the form on our Contact Us page.

If you notify us more than 30 days after making your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

2. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly email us at support@johnlagoudakis.com or fill in the form on our Contact Us page within 60 days of your purchase with the details of the product and the defect.

When you notify us of your request for an exchange of a physical item, we will arrange with you to pay the cost of the return shipping. This will be done by you confirming with us how much it will cost you to return the item to us. Once we have agreed with the total return shipping charges, these charges will be refunded to you once we have received the item in our possession as well as all receipts for the return shipping costs to be repaid.
