PayPal Shopping Cart?
November 11, 2009Want to sell your own products online? It’s so easy with a PayPal shopping cart. All you need is an email address and you can sell whatever you like for a small fee.
In the video below, I go through how to set up a product within PayPal and then how to add the necessary code to your payment link. It only takes a few minutes and is very easy to do:
Recapping, all you need to know to sell a product online with PayPal is:
- Your product name
- How much you want to sell your product for and in what currency
- The location of the download page
- How to add the necessary code to your website
The video assumes you want to sell a single, digital product that is instantly downloadable. PayPal has many other options which allow it to be used as a payment processor for:
- Physical products
- Multiple purchases
- Recurring billing
While there are many other ecommerce solutions, I would recommend a PayPal shopping cart, especially if you are just starting out.
