Outsourcing Advantages

The reason why most people start an online business is because they want to live the dream lifestyle; do what they want to do, whenever they want to do it. They have in their mind a business that brings in thousands of dollars every month on autopilot.

And once you do get it to that point where it is bringing in a great income, you realize that there is a lot of necessary but tedious work that needs to be done day in and day out to keep your business running. You have all this money coming in but you can’t enjoy it, you can’t take long vacations. So, in fact, you’re a slave to your work, just like when you used to have a job! But, in fact, it’s worse, because you can’t even take paid leave!

What’s the solution? You replace yourself by outsourcing your work.

Click here to find out where I strongly recommend you do your outsourcing.

When you first contemplate outsourcing you may start thinking to yourself, “No, I don’t want to do that. No one understands my business better than I do”. “Can I trust someone else to look after what I’ve worked so hard at?” “I can’t afford that”, etc.

Fortunately, there is a extremely affordable and reliable solution that can literally have you replacing yourself. And once you’ve tried it, you’d wish you had done it much earlier.

When most people think about outsourcing they immediately think of India. You don’t want to do this. Why? Indian culture is very different to western culture, this includes work culture. Ask anyone who has outsourced to India and they will tell you that it just doesn’t work. I won’t go into detail about this here.

Filipino WorkersWhere you want to be outsourcing is the Philippines. Here’s why:

  • the Filipino culture is super honest
  • Filipinos are extremely hardworking
  • Filipinos understand western culture
  • they speak, read and write English well
  • you can hire someone full-time to do most online tasks for around US$250 per month!

When you hire someone you will want to qualify them by giving them a difficult (but achievable) task and see how they handle it. For example, you might ask them to find a good domain name, register it, setup web hosting and install a WordPress blog.

If they are willing to figure this out they will be good to work with. If they are not willing to figure it out you don’t want them.

As a condition of employment you will have them send you a daily email covering the following items:

  1. What they have done that day
  2. Any problems they have faced
  3. What you can do for them

With this information you can correct problems, give them feedback, thanks, etc.

Start off with a low wage. Wages are always negotiable. Give wage increases regularly for good, reliable workers and bonuses for jobs well done. When you’re ready to expand and hire someone else, ask your first staff member to help you find someone.

JingWhen you need to give instructions or feedback, you can use a great, free online tool called Jing to video train your staff. Using Jing, you can easily create a screen capture video and upload it and then send them Jing’s url. Very simple and quick.

Because Filipinos are honest (and you will find this out for yourself) you can give them access to literally everything.

To pay them, use Xoom.com.

The only downside to outsourcing to the Philippines is that their internet connections are not very reliable.

If you have an online business that’s earning enough money for you to afford outsourcing to the Philippines you’re doing yourself a disservice by not utilizing the opportunity. The outsourcing advantages are staggering. Imagine replacing yourself and being able to have more time to actually think about your business and give it direction and make it grow, rather than being caught up in all the mundane day-to-day tasks.

Not to mention being able to go away on vacations and enjoy yourself, knowing that everything is being taken care of. You will also be surprised to find that your new staff will most probably do the job better than you ever did!

There are 2 ways to find someone to work for you in the Philippines:

1. Do a search online for job classifieds in the Philippines and place an ad

2. Go to Replace Myself. These guys specialise not only helping you to find a Filipino to work for you full-time, they also train them as well.
